From the garden–lettuce, tomatoes and roasted beets.

Blueberry vinaigrette recipe here

And blueberry muffins; my mom’s recipe–the best!

1/2 cup oats

1/2 cup orange juice

Combine and set aside.

1 1/2 cup flour

1/2 cup sugar

1 1/4 t baking powder

1/2 t salt

1/4 t baking soda

Mix, then add:

1/2 cup oil or melted butter

1 egg.

Add oj mixture.

Add 1 1/2 cups blueberries

Bake at 400 for 16-20 minutes (depending on whether the blueberries are fresh or frozen).
